How much should I sell my Kenmore washer for? It is 3yrs old and in great conditions.?

My apartment signed the lease but not the addendums, do I have anything to worry about?

I am going through my lease, and while the whole lease is signed my a representative, they did not sign the addendums that they gave for water, washers and dryers, etc. Do I have anything to worry about? My signature is on them along with the date and it’s a copy that he office gave me that I requested when I first moved in.

Unless you recieve a fully executed copy (including addendum) you don’t have a valid lease contract. You may have signed, but until the managment company signs, there is no deal.
