right i know about blood pressure i know what sys and dia is.
mine is always like 136/69 p – 71ish
im 100lbs 160cm.
my sys is high for my AGE and height and weight.
it should be 100 + age ish
so mine should be 116 sys

is it likely im gonna end up with high blood pressure if my mum AND gran do?
like i know 140 sys is "high" beginning range i think..
so yeah. if i’m 16 and over the last year my blood pressure got slighlty higher?
but dia keeps getting lower… :S

im vegetarian
i do loads of sport but these results are from like… waking up in the morning or a weekend where ive done no running..
so it should be low, cause id be inactive or what not.
i dont get up early to exercise.
i just do a lot of sport clubs.
usually at 5pm. on wednesdays. and thursdays…
so yeah.
High blood pressure is hereditary and although you’re doing everything right it is borderline high. Keep living healthy and try not to worry so much. Talk with your doctor and keep an eye on it. There are many different kinds of medication that can manage this issue.

The problem maybe your stress related. Waking up early to exercise is a good thing but not on a daily basis. Also keep away from salt and drink plenty of fluids so that your organs don’t swell up.

You are showing signs of "getting there". Let’s say borderline hypertension especially withyour age ansdamily history. I am 15 female and have had hypertension since age 10 with strong family history. Please do keep monitoring your blood pressure and keep yourself in shape. Hypertension I’d called he silent killer and it’s good that you’ve caught these early signs.
