High blood pressure is hereditary and although you’re doing everything right it is borderline high. Keep living healthy and try not to worry so much. Talk with your doctor and keep an eye on it. There are many different kinds of medication that can manage this issue.

The problem maybe your stress related. Waking up early to exercise is a good thing but not on a daily basis. Also keep away from salt and drink plenty of fluids so that your organs don’t swell up.

You are showing signs of "getting there". Let’s say borderline hypertension especially withyour age ansdamily history. I am 15 female and have had hypertension since age 10 with strong family history. Please do keep monitoring your blood pressure and keep yourself in shape. Hypertension I’d called he silent killer and it’s good that you’ve caught these early signs.
