do i have asthma?low blood pressure?something else?please help?

i’m 15 and i have had a history of asthma when I was younger. My mom claims it went away but I don’t think it can just go away.I’m bulimic and I’m 5"3 and 105 lbs, I know it’s bad but I’m getting over it but i think that only worsens everything. When I exercise I run out of breath very easily and start huffing and can hardly breathe. I also start sweating excessively. If I run 2 blocks even with walking and jogging before hand I start to lose feel in my legs.Once in gym I had a heart rate monitor on and I wasn’t exercising too crazy and my heart rate was 195 which is obviously full blown high. My gym teacher said it can be from low blood pressure brought on from bulimia. I have a lot of stress, anxiety, and stomach ulcers if that makes it any easier to tell. Please help?also please dont say anything about the bulimia it’s something I’m getting over. thanks

You still may have asthma. most people don’t pout grow asthma its just that as we get bigger so do our airways so a small tightening is not as noticeable. You may have exercise induced bronchspasms. this is where exercise tightens the muscles in the lungs, narrowing the airways making it hard to breath. You also may be exercising at a level that is to high for you. For your age you should be exercising in a range of 154-174 ( 75-85 % of your max heart rate.) if your heart rate is over this your heart and lungs are not able to keep up with your bodies demand, you may have to run slower to keep it in this range. You are probably losing feeling in your legs because you are hyperventilating – breathing to fast and blowing off to much carbon dioxide. You really should ask your mom to take you to the doctor to be checked out. There are tests they can run that will show if you are exercising to hard or have exercise induced bronchospasms.
